Last updated May 28, 2026

TikTok recipe videos use the same Paste Recipe Link flow. MyMealVault reads the video caption and tries to extract recipe text or follow a recipe link mentioned in the caption.

  1. Copy the TikTok URL

From TikTok, tap Share and copy the video link.
  2. Paste in MyMealVault

Open Paste Recipe Link and paste the TikTok URL.
  3. Wait for import

MyMealVault looks for a recipe in the video caption or linked page. When found, the recipe is saved to your vault.
