1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You agree to:

2. Use of the Service

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.

4. AI-Generated and Enhanced Content

The Service may use automated systems to enhance, organize, or generate content, including recipes, instructions, images, and nutrition estimates.

We make reasonable efforts to provide helpful and accurate results. However:

• Generated or enhanced content may be incomplete or inaccurate
• Ingredient amounts, scaling, and nutrition estimates are approximations and may be incorrect
• Instructions may omit steps or contain errors

Food Safety Disclaimer:

You are responsible for safe food preparation. Always use appropriate judgment, including verifying cooking times, temperatures, and ingredient safety.

The Service is provided as a convenience tool and should not be relied upon as a sole source of truth.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis
• Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to a reasonable amount based on your use of the Service, and will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyMealVault from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court.

Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with applicable rules, and you waive the right to participate in class actions.
