Signed in to the app

  1. Open Contact Support

    Go to Settings and tap Contact Support (mobile), or open Help from your profile menu (web).
  2. Fill out the form

    Choose a category (Support or Feedback), enter a subject and message, then submit.
  3. Check your email

    We will follow up at the email address on your account if we need more information.

Not signed in
